Awards Season: IFTA’s, BAFTA’s & Grammy’s

IFTA’s

Saoirse Ronan in John Rocha

I love this look. I think Saoirse is incredibly pretty and natural looking, and I always look forward to seeing what she will wear. This John Rocha number was great on her.

Sinead Kennedy in Reiss

Proving you don’t always have to wear designer on the red carpet, Sinead Kennedy looked beautiful in this Reiss dress. I love that neckline…

Charlene McKenna in Gianfranco Ferre

Charlene always looks so elegant so it’s not surprising to see her in this Gianfranco Ferre gown. She knows what suits her!

Marcella Plunkett in Eilis Boyle

Its simple, Irish and ‘black swan-esque’ so that ticks all the boxes for me!

I just realised I chose all black dresses from the IFTA’s… Oh well, I like black and it never looks out-of-place on the red carpet!!!

BAFTA’s

Bonnie Wright in Clements Ribeiro

Perfect colours for Bonnie! I like that it’s a little different, and the midi length looks good on her.

Jessica Alba in Atelier Versace

Blue against her skin tone is always gonna be a winner. Not mad about the necklace…

Emma Stone in Lanvin

I love Lanvin. I love Emma Stone. These punchy colours she’s been wearing lately are stunning on her. While I usually imagine Lanvin on Blake Lively, I think she pulls this gown off incredibly well.

Gemma Arterton in YSL

This is a great YSL gown. The simplicity of the dress, with the striking blue bow, and her stand out makeup, make this a winning look for me.

Sarah Harding in Georges Chakra

I love the detailing on this dress, and the red colour stood out on the night. I could imagine Blake Lively in this one too!

 GRAMMY’s

Selena Gomez in J Mendel

From a distance I thought Selena was Katy Perry…. I love this shimmering number. It shows off her very enviable figure and doesn’t age her.

Florence Welch in Givenchy

Givenchy was made for Florence Welch. That’s all.

Lea Michele in Pucci

I love this Pucci gown but I hated all the stupid poses and stances Lea Michele took to showcase it!
