Lily Aldridge does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
I haven’t mentioned my favourite Vogue piece in a while, mainly because I wasn’t mad about the contributors to it – but March sees model Lily Aldridge take the stage and show us what she’s wearing for the month! Lily is an american model, probably best known as a Victoria’s Secret girl (and if you read this blog regularly you will know I love these girls!) and as Caleb Followill’s (of Kings of Leon) other half. Lily most recently featured in the Spring ’11 Rag & Bone campaign. I love her laid back style, eye for detail and taste in bags so I’ll look forward to seeing her wardrobe for this month.

Tali Lennox does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
It’s a new year and therefore a new batch of fashion savvy ladies will be gracing Vogue’s website for their ‘Today I’m wearing…’ feature. Kicking off 2011 in style is the beautiful model, Tali Lennox. I’ll admit, other than knowing Tali was the model offspring of an Israeli producer and the ultra cool Annie Lennox, I didn’t know a whole lot more. She was born in 1993 (I feel very old….) and has recently fronted a campaign for Topshop’s jewellery line, Freedom, with her sister Lola. She has already graced the catwalks for Christopher Kane, Burberry and Prada. She has beautiful strong features and a real ‘thrown together’ style that I love. I’ll be keeping an eye on this girl for sure!

Margherita Missoni does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
Another month, another Vogue style blogger! For December Margherita Missoni will take over the reins from November’s Marina Diamandis. So what have we to look forward to? Well, as Missoni’s accessory designer and company ambassador, I think its safe to say we can expect lots of bling and lots of the label! Margherita is based in New York and is well-known on the modelling circuit where she began her career as the face of many Missoni campaigns. She is also an aspiring actress and recently was featured in Jean Genet’s controversial play The Maids. A regular in fashion magazines and on blogs, it’s not surprising Vogue have chosen her to showcase her style in their popular feature!
Lulu Kennedy does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
Being a huge fan of the work Lulu Kennedy does, I was more than delighted to see her featured as the style blogger for October on Vogue’s site. This feature has been a bit up-and-down of late but from what I’ve seen, Lulu is going to impress everyone with her mix & match fashions, upcoming designers and love of shoes! Vogue said of the style queen “this month’s style inspiration is Lulu Kennedy, the founder of fashion initiative Fashion East and the mentor to some of the industry’s most exciting design talents, including Richard Nicoll, Louise Gray and Jonathan Saunders, who all began their careers under her guidance”.
It’s great to see Vogue using people from all over the fashion industry as well as socialites, actresses, etc…
Amber Le Bon does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
It’s September already?! Honestly, where did August go… Regardless, September is a great month and the fashion world has lots to look forward to. And as another month dawns, Vogue have unleashed yet another style icon’s wardrobe upon us with their popular ‘Today I’m wearing…‘ piece. I like the choice for this month – the gorgeous Amber Le Bon. The model daughter of a hot rock star and supermodel meant Amber was always going to have genes most of us can only dream about, so I look forward to seeing how she styles herself for the next 30 days!
Tolula Adeyemi does Vogue’s ‘Today I’m wearing…’
Is it just me or has the inspirational style on this feature dropped the ball a bit in the last while? Regardless, the month of August sees Tolula Adeyemi take up the mantle of showing us her outfits daily on Vogue’s site. Tolula is a London model, actress and DJ and you may well recognise her as Vivienne Westwood’s muse too. She’s also appeared next to Dustin Hoffman on screen and is Ian Rankin’s favourtie model to shoot.
